Gian Carlo is an excellent person to deal with whom I trust with my car. He is honest and trustworthy and I’m always sure I’m getting what needs to be done at the most reasonable cost.

We were unimpressed with the service advisor who handled our vehicle. We needed the car fixed by the end of the day and it was only after we initiated phone calls after 3:30 PM that we were able to get an estimate of the cars readiness. Furthermore, we felt somewhat duped by conflicting pricing strategies during her attempt to up-sell us for Services in addition to those we had originally requested. Then, Even though we agreed to the up-sales, The actual reason for our service call was not addressed and there was no follow-up with us.
In the future, we would prefer a different service advisor. Thank you

Luana Cruz is an outstanding service advisor. She is incredibly knowlegeable about Audi, explains everything and is so polite and helpful. James Edmonds was my service advisor many years ago. Luana is on par with James. The common denominator with both James and Luana is trust. I can trust that she knows what she is talking about. I can trust that she takes her job seriously and she takes my car’s care seriously. That is why I keep owning Audis and keep coming back to Coral Springs Audi for service. Thank you Luana!

Luana is great. She has done a fantastic job for me each and every time and with all 4 of my audis. I drive up from miami to service my audis bc Luana makes the process efficient and simple.
My problem is with the loaner cars. Every loaner save for one or two over the past 2yrs has been filthy. Inside is disgusting and outside is a mess.
I'm not sure why this is a problem that exists at all but it puts your excellent service reps like Luana in the position of having to deal with customer complaints. It diminishes the audi experience. I've never had these experiences with any porsche, mercedes or range rover dealers. Never.
I truly hope you guys address this as an organization and do not continue to jeopardize customers' experience with your dealership.
