I did not appreciate being told that it would take X amount of time when it was not X amount of time or near X amount of time. Be honest!!!!! My time is just as valuable.

The lady helping me was incompetent and ignored me for 20 mins when I first brought my car in because she was on a call. After getting my tire covered with insurance she called to ask to see if I wanted the rotation still I said yes. I went to pick up my car and paid for everything and she never changed the form that I wanted my tires rotated so I waited a while for that. I drive off and while I’m getting lunch I come back to my car and realise that my tire isn’t changed. You could see the inside of my tire; the lady checking me out said it wasn’t safe to drive on and if she rotated them to the front it would be extra unsafe. My bad wheel was now in the front and she told me to drive home on it. Everything she messed up on she just made an excuse and didn’t apologise or even say your welcome or thank you.
