My car was not serviced properly and still is in your Service Center. As management, you might want to check with your service engineers as to why my car was fitted with a new fuel pump and failed whilst I was waiting to take delivery of it this afternoon.

I'm not exactly sure what was done to my car besides an oil change. I was a little disappointed to see that the paperwork said that it wouldn't let me know if something was wrong with the car. A couple days later I got a video saying the serpentine belt was done but I was told beforehand that there would be a charge for that. I was also told I needed windshield wipers when I just change the front windshield wipers. Granted I know I need a back windshield wiper but I was not told that I need a
