The truck was taken care of fine and the ladies at the front desk were competent and friendly. But it took them almost 3 hours (drive up to drive out) to take care of an oil and filter change and changing the fuel filters on our truck. I’m sorry but that’s too long of a wait.

Had a Tune up which created problems, had it towed back, 4 days later picked up truck and you didn’t fix the problem, brought it back, zero loaners and wasted my time and money.

I think that since I bought the vehicle from Apple.....that a courtesy loaner car would have been the right thing
