This should have Been included in the works package. I feel the charge was
Excessive. I do not recall being charged for this at other Ford dealerships.

I brought my vehicle to your shop to get a safety inspection. I had to go inside to check in. I felt unsafe because no one—including customers and your employee behind the counter—was wearing a mask. I went back outside as quickly as I could. Your employee that came out to inspect my vehicle was not wearing a mask. I had to go back inside to pay. Overall, an unsafe experience. You can do better.
