I was dreading bringing my car into the shop. I put it off for quite some time, knowing how it would inconvenience me and cost a lot of money. I met Alex and within minutes said Subaru was going to cover it under warranty. Not to mention a warranty that expired. A few days later part installed in a couple of hours. It took 2 days to complete a routine maintenance, along with a coupon, which was not processed. My car has 17,500 miles and its a 2018. The said my tires were bad due to city driving. I do not live in the city, I have an 11 mile commute for the last year and prior to that a 1 mile commute. During this time I also was not working for almost 8 months due to covid. So my husband challenged the quality of the tires. We were charged for a tire rotation, balance and alignment and the maintenance. They did not rotate the tires, they were replaced. The alignment was not out prior ti putting on tires. We called 4 times and received 2 calls from people trying to sell us a new car. How would you feel in this situation. My family has purchased over 30 Subaru's from Randall Noe, received amazing service and then this. How would you feel about Subaru Rockwall if this was your experience?
