Great Service on back ordered part. Finally available after 6 month wait. I was never notified as promised. I was never called by the dealership for a update and was routed to parts dept. this department asked if they could get back to me with an update in 24 hrs. After 4 days and no response. I called parts dept. and they had passed the message to the service dept., who never called, so I scheduled the visit for installation. I was given an estimated time of 2+ hours and the the installation and a oil change that I requested was completed without issues.
