I needed my inside mirror reattached & was told they did not have the glue to do it,si I have to make another trip to have it done. This is unacceptable to me. I don't understand why a dealer doesn't have the right tools to fix a problem.

My car came back dirty on the outside and my interior was also dirty. It was just not the way I was expecting my first service to go for my car and I was disappointed. Setting up my service and talking to my advisor was very easy and pleasant. The car was fixed and has no issues. It just doesn’t seem like the they cared for my car in the process to actually make sure it stayed clean or to clean it up when they finished.

We always get attentive and quality service when we get our vehicles serviced at Norm Reeves. The service staff is consistent in pleasant customer service and thorough communication.
We had our new 2024 Crosstrek in today for its very first service. Everything came out well, the inspection, tire rotation, and oil change.
Unfortunately though, for whatever reason, the car wash service from Norm Reeves has typically been consistently poor. The car is never totally clean, the hatch windows are usually still dirty where the wipers don’t reach and the trunk/rear area is barely cleaned. I have experienced multiple times when we get our Ascent serviced. It has the appearance of clean but it is inconsistent.
I realize the service department is not a car wash but if you’re going to wash the car, then please wash the whole car.
