I was greeted by Heather who explained everything she was doing. Checked over tires, brake fluid, etc.. she was very thorough and explained all the items that would be checked in the back area. When my vehicle was done, she went over all the items that had been checked and my next course of action. Heather was very polite and courteous. She is very knowledgeable and an asset to Norm Reeves Subaru.

After the service was done I opened the hood and there was oil over the engine compartment the service manager came out to see and they took the car back in and cleaned it off. We then went to Costco and did our shopping when we left Costco to go back home to Mabank Tx we made about 10 miles and the low oil engine light came on we stopped and open the hood and it was smoking horribly and there was fresh oil all around and under the drain pan plug.we ended stopping several more times and finally stopped and got some oil to put in it and was able th make home. Now I will be calling on Tuesday to see what can be done about this.i do not want to drive the car until this is resolved.this was a horrible experience.i will cal Tuesday.or you can call me at ****-****-xxxx this is very frustrating.i hope there is no permanent damage to the engine.

I specifically want to acknowledge the high level of service provided by Mr Alex Shuster. When I first came in with the issue, he was the service advisor to greet me. He listened to my concerns and provided great advice on our next steps. He offered a loaner while the car was in his care, so I could go about my busy day with minimal distraction. Alex was in contact with me, ensuring I knew the progress every step of the way.
