I have a $49.95 coupon for Synthetic Oil and Filter Change. When I told the service advisor what I wanted, I was told that it would be $120 for my car since it uses more than 5 quarts. Until I informed the advisor about the coupon, I was quoted $69.95 before additional fees and tax for my car. I don't understand why an additional quart is $20 more when MSRP for it is $9.95? Luckily the Manager took care of giving me $49.95 out of the door without the unnecessary fees that is usually added on that you don't get when paying full price.

I wasn’t greeted like I was before. I waited over 2 hours and not one person came to check or give me update. As soon as I was alerted via text I went to service counter to get my vehicle. I didn’t get complementary washing as I have gotten in past. The only time someone came to talk to me was about trading my vehicle in and that young lady didn’t even say hello or ask me how my day is going. She handed me estimate how much my trade is and that allot of college kids were looking for my particular model. I felt old as heck for that comment she used. I didn’t feel valued at all.

The car was in the shop there for 3.5 weeks. We did tell the service representative that we'd be out of state for the holidays (car was brought in on December 19 via tow truck), but we fully expected it to be ready right after the holidays. It was not. It was finally ready on January 14, a full 2 weeks past the holidays. We are satisfied with the overall repairs to the vehicle, but the lack of timeliness is the issue of dissatisfaction. Everyone in the service department has been exceptionally nice and very cordial, so no complaints there. Once we finally received a call this past Monday (1-13-24) that the needed part had come in, we were told that the vehicle would be ready in 2 days since there were other vehicles ahead of ours. Given the time frame of having had the vehicle on the premises for nearly 4 weeks, we were further frustrated that it would take another 2 days. As it turned out, the car was ready the following day (yesterday, (1-14-24) and we were finally able to drive the hour's drive to pick it up. Jesus gave me a full explanation as to why it took so long to get repaired, but I truly feel that in nearly 4 weeks' time, that it could have been fixed a lot sooner and have been ready for pickup right after the holidays. The other times we've had work done through your service department, it's been completed in a very timely manner. This was the exception. Hopefully, this will not happen again.

I was completely let down and couldn't believe that they actually charged me for installing the black lug nut set i bought to install AFTER my tire rotation on my very 1st service with them ever. They were having to put lugs back on the tires anyway. Why was i charged $60+ more for something that had to be done. It was over $200 for the set. They cost $140. Isnt $140 for a set of black lugs that i could easily get elsewhere a little high priced anyway? So instead of going cheaper aftermarket i want to buy the OEM parts to represent the brand im proud of and now am being priced gouged over small ****. Yall need to do better seriously. $250 for an oil change and tire rotation is a damn shame on its own. I can do an oil change and tire rotation for $60. I know the auto market is crashing but dont put that **** on us.....the people supporting yall. Ridiculous
