Only issue is in your system. The current vehicle is for me (Stephen), the one before it was for my son (Jeremy) and the one before that is for my daughter (Mei-Ling). My son was getting calls and emails from my vehicle purchase, and I received emails for Jeremy instead of Stephen. I think instead of having two separate profiles you have 1 that keeps switching back and forth because I made the purchases.

Adviser stated the passenger front door latch was the issue and it had to be ordered. It was supposed to be at the dealer in a couple of days it has been nearly a week and no word from the dealer. I assume they flashed the computer during the diagnosis and now the drivers door won’t unlock at times. When I take it in for the passenger door I will have them look at that issue.

Having the 60K maintenance, oil change with gasket replacement was NOT completed successfully, required tow back to shop to resolve on Monday 10/30. Vehicle was unavailable to me that day due to ‘master’ technician issues. Time/date settings were NOT reset back to current values. Communication from service person, Sandra G, was excellent. Total cost assessed for this ‘professional’ service was exorbitant for the ensuing inconveniences . Pickup & Delivery of vehicle was positive and polite. Fuel cost to return vehicle was not reimbursed as well.
