Ms Sandra Gutierrez was wonderful to work with. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and when she wasn’t quite sure of the answer, she went and confirmed it for me. Ms Gutierrez took me to the customer lounge and made sure I was comfortable-pointed out the snacks and drinks, and then came back several times to update me about my car , and to just check in-much appreciated! When it turned out that I needed new tires, she got me the information & quote, then gave me some privacy while I called my husband to let him know. I appreciate that I never felt taken advantage of because I am a woman, and that I was comfortable with how I was treated at your dealership! She’s a great asset to your company!

I came in for an oil change, was asked about the air filters and I said check them out. I was told that they needed to be changed and I said go ahead and do it. After I got home I found that I was charged for a tire rotation. I have new tires that included free tire rotations. I did not want and did not ask for the tire rotation to be done.

My husband and daughter brought her car back in, as she had a frightening experience driving the car in Ft Worth in heavy traffic in 4 different freeways/toll roads. The car acted the same as it did before service was performed, plus there was a weird skewing on the dash. She got pictures of both problems, and showed them to the service people. They were very dismissive and refused to take another look.
After this experience, we won’t be back! There are plenty of other places to go-
