We had a problem today. Neither side was happy with the outcome but there was nothing either side could do. The office agent followed me out after we were done and she apologized and said she hoped the experience didn’t leave me with a negative impression. I think it is a rare thing to fail and still be kind. I actually felt bad as well. Her kindness at that moment meant a lot and regardless of the outcome it is why I would still speak highly of the experience. If things don’t go your way people can still be kind and that is what she did. Very impressive

Alexander Shuster was awesome! Personality and professionalism was second to none! If the sales staff could come close to the bar the service center set, I might consider purchasing another car. I don’t consider David at fault, I feel he was stuck between a rock and a hard place! Not sure who reads this, but we basically had to sign the paperwork at least 4 times to purchase a brand new car as a used car! And that was after they told us they couldn’t sell us the car without a proper explanation or solution! I’m still sorry we didn’t just walk away, but my wife wanted the car! True story!

Sandra did an Amazing Job!!! Even when the supervisor was not very kind at the beginning with me, Sandra Gutierrez was. I took my Nissan to Norm Reeves since I bought my Nissan there. When I arrived, I talked to Sandra about the oil change coupon and the supervisor immediately determined that my vehicle was not elegible to the promotion without asking any questions. I explained the coupon did not say only Subaru and that I received the coupon on my name and for the Nissan. The supervisor did not acknowledge his mistake. Sandra was amazing and persisted. I will definitely go back and work with Sandra. Thank you.

Everything went well with the service, the only issue was that my "emergency" $20 in my glove box was taken while my car was in the shop. I hadn't known it would need to stay overnight when I dropped it off, or I would have removed it (and any other valuables) beforehand. The desk team was super friendly and helpful!

I was in last December and my Service Writer, April Clary, was awesome and made me feel like I was being taken unlike Ewing Subaru had. At that visit my Brake Fluid on the inspection sheet was checked green. When I pulled in today, June, 27th, one of the Technicians off that bat started telling me how my car is in demand with the younger crowd. None of the Service Writers came out to great me as I sat in my car for 10 mins.
I did notice that they were talking in a group inside. A man in a suit finally came out and got my info and let me know I could sit in the guest waiting area and a Service Writer would be with me. During my wait, I was approached by Pamela with a trade in offer on my vehicle. My Service Writer today was Jesus Herrera. I never saw him until my car was finished being serviced. I was recommended to have my brake fluid flushed and replaced because of discoloration. This time the brake fluid was checked red on the inspection sheet. Besides that I had my brake fluid flushed and replaced in April 2022 at Ewing Subaru. I was also not offered any discounts that were running at this time. Every service before I was always given any discounts of promo without asking. Today, I had been told there was none unless I received something in the mail. I pulled up your website and found oil change discount along with other service discount. Last time I felt like I was being taken care of. This time felt like they were trying to get me to trade in my car to buy a new vehicle. I shouldn't have to be hassled while waiting for my car to be serviced.
