We purchased our first Subaru last year and have had a constant rattle that is incredibly frustrating for a brand new vehicle. We have been patient and gone through service many times. Problem is still there. Offered to trade in due to issue and was told for a newer but lesser trim it would be a very out of line cost considering all the facts. Not only was the offer insulting it was nickel and dimed down to the penny. We trusted Subaru, Norm Reeves, Marcus, and Max but are instead losing patience and trust with every interaction.
