I feel I am still having issues with my brake and suspension but service person was not able to get it as he had driven it only once but I drive my car daily and I notice it everytime. Not all issues can be replicated everytime…some issues will showup only in some situation which might not occur during test drive….I like the Ascent very much…I like its power and comfort and handling…its just that few things that bother me…I still have same issues from the day that I brought my car and were not fixed completely during the service….if someone is looking at this feedback…please call me at ****-****-xxxx

Chris was excellent but the other two Service Advisors need to work on their customer service skills, this is the second time I have taken my car for service and stand without anyone acknowledging my presence, Shuster and the other advisor/manager just sat there in front of their monitors and basically stared at their screens. I’m glad Chris saved the day, I love my Subaru but Service/Maintenance is the weakest point at this dealership, this advisors need some basic customer service skills, they do not have to like the person going for service they just need to show they care for their paying customers.
