I would like to speak to someone about how my service was managed. I am hardly “unsatisfied “, I am morbidly irate over this experience I would describe as unnecessarily frustrating to the highest degree at best.
And I don’t even know where to start. But let me tell you how it ends. I am told the “Great News” this past Wednesday regarding the approval of my repairs by the warranty company, after getting approval from Tricolor, and despite ALL KNOWING the complete train wreck the process was so far AND the fact that I was in a rental for a month, they still WOULD NOT release my car to me until the following Saturday, BUT what had the biggest influence toward what I hope is an appropriate brief of the MOST UNBELIEVABLY CONTROLLING and MANIPULATIVE tactic YOUR company displays towards me, your customer, was the blatant lies I had to endure-
Let me give the example of my final hurrah with Norman Reeves Subaru Service. Remember I could not pick up my beloved 2016 Forrester for 3 days after the exciting news, yet when I went on Saturday and retrieved my key from the always friendly sales staff, and then had difficulty locating my car bc I thought the battery in the key fob was faulty, I was wrong. Turns out my car’s battery was D-E-A-D. Dead, unlike any car’s battery who’s parts had been worked on for three days. Dead, as in it had been sitting, untouched for quite some time. Dead, as in I now know how your service department does business.
Disappointed doesn’t even scratch the set face of how I feel. Confused, quite a bit. Let me ask you a question….. is this load of crap your general business practice? Please have someone get in touch with me by whatever means. You got paid for this disgraceful “service”. I would love my opportunity to explain to you the effect this has had on me, my employment and financial impact and my over-all well being. That is, only if you give a crap. Who am I kidding? LOL. You’ve already shown me at least fifty ways that you don’t. Have a nice day.
