Asked for a quote for engine and cabin air filters at the parts counter and they gave me the wrong part numbers - I would have bought filters right there if they gave me the right thing at a competitive price. When I checked in, Chris asked if “a car wash [after my oil change] was ok, I said “yeah that’s be great!” but they didn’t wash the car. I wanted to make a coffee but the coffee maker was in non-stop use by staff. Otherwise service was incredibly fast - which is huge - and Chris was great. Overall positive experience, but I wasn’t “completely satisfied.”
