First of all, Chris was great.
But subaru and Norm Reeves…not so much:
1 you fixed the lumbar section in the drivers seat. But as i was driving home, it made a loud pop similar to when it failed. But so far, it seems to be working.
2 i asked if you were interested in buying my Ascent, and you said no because of the recall. That’s sad that not even subaru wants an Ascent. Your delay on the recall is preventing me from selling it.
3 i later got an email saying that i had skipped out on my service call. Don’t you even know who comes into your facility?
4 i had checked on the availability of the lumbar part but was told that it was back ordered. When i set up this appt, i asked if the part was in. After a long wait, i was told that you thought you had it but couldn’t find it. You later did manage to find the part . Don’t you have procedures for stocking parts?
So sad, because the ascent could have been a great car. But it may be getting a reputation like the Ford Pinto.
