I appreciated the friendliness and patience of the staff at this Subaru location. Dealing with car issues is always a bit stressful, especially when you have a very narrow understanding of how cars work and the scope of certain repairs. While I would have liked a clearer explanation of the problems my vehicle was facing the first time we discussed the price, I did get a better understanding of the issues after a few further discussions and some research.
