Everything with the service and service writer was great. What I was unhappy with was when I got there for my appointment a few minutes early I had to wait nearly 25 minutes until the service writer showed up. In the meantime the line behind me grew to at least 10 cars. When I got there the line was about 3 cars in front of me. When you make an appointment you expect to be take promptly. I can’t imagine how long some of those people had to wait behind me.

I was promised 1hr30mins time not exceeding 1130hrs. I was returned car after 1230hrs.
I requested at multiple points (to service advisor and later to cashier also) that my name in profile is spelled wrong.
I see in the survey request it is still incorrect.

The wait to drop off and pick up my car were long even though I had an appointment. Also, I was sent a message to pay even though it was supposed to be covered by Toyota care. I paid it since I was sent the bill and asked about it when I got to pick up my car. It was then refunded, but this added to the wait time and seems like it maybe could be avoided.
