It took until the closing of the dealership to get the car back which I had a question which no one was there to answer my question. I found a gentleman by the name of Alex Wood which he took my name down for someone to call me which they never did. The problem was when I would start the car it would shake hard with a rattle sound then it would stop and this has each time I would start the car. From 15:20 to 19:01 I stayed for an oil change, it was a very long wait.

We waited almost an hour to drop off the car at our scheduled appointment time. Why? It was completely unclear. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to drop off a car anywhere. Then, even though we were told the car was ready, my husband waited more than half an hour to GET THE KEYS. After getting the paperwork and being done with the checkout process. The car was just sitting in the parking lot but someone else had to bring it over? Why? Is this some kind of covid practice or something? If so, it makes no sense. You can hand people their keys at the counter and point out their car to them. The drop off and pick up process was truly one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had at a business that has employees literally just standing around doing nothing. Waiting an hour and then half an hour might make sense if there were not enough employees working to provide good service, but this seemed like just some kind of really poorly designed and poorly implemented system. We only brought the car here because we had to for a recall fix, and between the poor experiences we had BOTH times we brought the car in (yes, it took two separate appointments) to get the recall repair done, there is no way we would ever bring the car here voluntarily.
