They were supposed to fix the brakes because they were making a horrible sound. I paid $900 and the brakes are still screaming, even louder than before. I’m actually afraid to drive my car now.

Everything was great, except for when I checked in with the cashier to get my car. She sent me outside to wait for my car and stated someone would bring my car to me. I waited for about 35-40 minutes and just kept watching so many people get their cars. Finally I went back in and asked the cashier if this is how long it normally takes because it was a long time waiting. I seen her look into the computer and say oh let me check on it. Whatever it is she needs to do to notify the guys to get my car SHE DID NOT DO! She also was trying to act like it was a mistake the poor guys getting the cars made, but it was not them I know it was HER FAULT by the look on her face when she noticed she didn’t do what she needed to do to notify them that I was there to pick up my car! It was a hot day and I was extremely disappointed in the cashier! Next time she shouldn’t send me outside until she has for sure notified the guys getting the cars that I am ready. It was a HUGE waste of my time and I ended up being there for an hour! It just ended my experience in frustration.

Scott was most helpful in finally getting service completed on time after a long delay in the intake area despite my on-time arrival for a scheduled appointment - a simple oil change which took a full 2 hrs! I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and have returned for all maintenance but have never had to wait this long for intake completion.

I have 3:00 pm appointment on july 28, 2021. 1'm about 15 minutes early which is good. I'm Just sitting in my car for almost two hours! Why bother to have an appointment! Will never come back to Claremont Toyota to Service my vehicle. That's a promise!

The vehicle stay more than a day on the Dealer and my concerned about the car it was about a simple leak on the moonroof and this person Scott couldn’t call me to let me know that the car I have nothing not even a courtesy call to let me know that I can pick up the car ,he had the audacity to tell me over the phone that I had to go all the way to the dealership and do basically the job that I was paying for he told me to go there and show him where was the leak in a rude manner ,because they couldn’t find it And he basically was nothing just a matter of letting me know that was normal in the car if they start with that from the beginning they will not they would be no need to leave the car overnight I work as a driver so I basically lost a day of work because they want to keep the car overnight he claim he was so busy he couldn’t call me in more than 24 hours not even a courtesy call and he didn’t respond my message even though he sent me a few, so please don’t give this guy too much work because he can handle it,, The only person you help me out her name is Jeanette from customer service PS I will never take my car to the dealer again ,,
