I arrived early for my appointment however it took 30 minutes for the service mgr to see me. Then when the car was ready I had to back to the cashier after 20 minutes and 3 people after me got there cars. It took another 15 minutes for my car to be found before I got my car. Luis was great but the wait time was unacceptable

Everything was fine until picking up the vehicle: after completing the paperwork I waited 20 minutes with no car in sight, then asked the cashier what was happening and was assured it would be out in a couple of minutes. 10 minutes later I asked again and was told the battery was dead and they were trying to jump start it—of course I had heard nothing about any such problem—and then, after she called for the service advisor, that they were trying to find the car. Finally it showed up, and I was told the dead battery was another car. NOT reassuring!
