The only thing that might have been helpful is if I had been told that the car would be not be repaired with the recall of the air bag
I guess there was no part or parts available. This is by all means not the fault of the service writer.

App at 715 I left 3:30 min later in addition after paying for just an oil change no other service they had you guys had me waiting over 20 min outside in 40 degree weather I had to call Ozzie and still nothing finally went inside and complained. I will never come back !

I waited THREE hours to just be told there was a bag stuck on my exhaust and the oil cap was loose. There should really be some triage system so that there isn’t such a long wait for some of the services. Also, why was the oil cap loose?? I took my car to your location for an oil change so it was your fault that it was loose.
