I was told they couldn’t find the information that was in my contract for a free repair so they tried to charge me so I had to bring in my copy of the contract to get it taken care of, the lines were crazy long and all the paperwork was put under my co-signers name and not mine so everything I got was not listed in my name when it is my car and my payments. With the part that needed to be replaced, when I called to make the apt, I told them what part of was and now they said I have to come back to get It fixed when that was the main reason I made the appointment in the first place

This was the worst service I ever had in a Toyota service company.. I got there at 7:50 A.M. and since I didn't have an appointment I knew that is going to take longer to service my car. Thae problem is that your greeting members were busy talking to each other and I was told that someone will be with me in a couple of minutes... But after I was told to wait more than 3 times. More car were getting behind me an making the longer. To my surprise I saw how your team members begin to help all the people that arrived 10 to 15 minutes after I arrived. And nobody went to ask me if I was helped, I tried to ask what is going on but the guys around there told me that they were just preparing the car so they can get them serviced and they didn't know anything else. After a long time Hugo came and helped me out.. I was told that my car will be ready around lunchtime, and I will receive a call to let me know so I can pick up my car. Since I didn't received any call at 3:00 P.M. I begin to call to get information on the status of my car. Was directed to service department and nobody answered.. Called again at 3:35 P.M. Was put on hold and left there until the system disconnected my call. Called one more time around 4:30 p.m. This time I ask the lady that answered my call if she knew if my car was ready, she asked me to wait while she checked, I was told that according to her system they just finished my car 15 minutes ago and I will be receiving a call in a couple of minutes and I had until 5:00 P.M. To pick it up.. And I never received any call.. I called again 5 minutes before 5 and I asked to talk to Hugo. Finally he answered and I asked him what is going on why I haven't received any call to let me know if my car was ready. He said that he call me around 1:00 P.M. to let me that my car was ready and he left a message. Which is a big lie, I had my phone with me the whole time. I needed my car to run some errands but never received any call from you guys. Also the lady told me that my car was finished at 4:15 how come he said that he call me 1:00 P.M. Anyway if I didn't keep calling I will had been screwed because I will not be available to pick up my car until Monday. I had to pay over the phone without inspecting my car so they can leave my keys on the front desk... As I said this is the worst experience I ever had in any car service I will never come back to you.

Hugo did not help me a person named Tony did because Hugo forgot about me and I waited for one hour to just drop off my car I should have just went to jiffy lube Tony saved your butts by putting a rush on my car and apologizing…

Wait time was way too long . Took me over 3 hours just to get an oil change . I can go to jiffy lube and be done in 20 mins. It took 50 mins just to check me in . My appt was at 2 but I didn’t get checked in until almost 3 . And the car wash wasn’t working.

Overpriced examination of the car! And the price to put in a $160 item into the car was 500 in labor plus $160! Rip off. Our own mechanic did the same work for us for a fraction of the cost and no cost for examining the vehicle. Every time we try Toyota service we are disappointed!

I am very very unsatisfied with your dealership. First off I’ve only had my car for less than 6 months and I already need to service the air conditioner (costing $1100) and get a new tire. I was told I would get it replaced for free. And now you guys can’t not do so. I have been there in 2 separate occasions taking a lot of time from my day. Just so you guys can tell me you can’t help me!! I literally bought a lemon! And I thought I would be buying more cars from you coming in the future, but that is not the case anymore!
