I will not be coming back to your dealership due to your outrageous prices for basic maintenance. In January of 2020 I was quoted $107 for a coolant replace. Since I did not drive the car much during the pandemic, I just now got that service done and it cost $200. Fuel injection service was also quoted at $170 which, 18 months later, turned into $240. I find it pretty crappy that during the pandemic when people are struggling to keep their jobs, your dealership gave itself an 87% raise and 41% raise respectively. I keep an Excel spreadsheet of all recommendations and prices so I can get those services done when I am able. I understand small price increases over time but your cost increase is ridiculous. Customer service was fine, mechanical service was fine.

I was not told the engine filter and fuel injection need immediate attention. Also the multipoint inspection report was only marked with numbers for the tires and brakes condition. I don’t know what the numbers mean. It’s usually marked yellow, greens or red. Last but not least there’s a small chip on my hood that was not there before I took it in.

Your technician removed the tire hub and did not put it back for us. Even though if he don't know how to put on a hub cap he should have put it somewhere that don't make our seat dirty. our seat color is tan and he put it on our seat and makes it black and Dirty.I think that is totally unprofessional.
