Im satisfied with the service but the labor cost was much more expensive than the actual parts. Im not sure how many people worked on it but the labor was 4000 compared to 2000 worth of parts, i just hope the truck runs smooth for a long time.

I was scheduled for a flat tire service and upon arriving.... I didn’t get seen by a Service Tech until almost an hour of arriving, because they forgot I was waiting! Then after I said something, I was directed to another person, who asked me to wait in the waiting area, and a service tech would assist me. No one ever came and so then requested to speak to a supervisor. An on-site supervisor directed me to Candace, who had no customer service skills and was arrogant! She asked me to wait in the wait area and I mentioned I already had been waiting for over an hour, to have my car serviced. She came across as not having a concerned. After waiting an another hour and not hearing from her, I went to her and asked for an update, as she sat at her desk, drinking a Starbucks, she said it would be at least 15mins before getting an update from the Tech! I then went to speak to the General supervisor for assistance! He did assist but I will not be returning to this location, ever!!! I’ll be going back to Cerritos, regardless of the commute!

Waited over 20 minutes to get my vehicle after being told it was being brought over. It turned out the person that was supposed to get it was done with your shift but did not notify anyone to get the car.

Jeremy was helpful explains the reason of a full fluid transmission exchange between a 1/2 one along with a standard oil change. He was accurate with the time frame of being done. I will be back there. Thank You!

Service took more than 6 hours. No hourly updates. Car returned with air tire pressure differently. (All 4 tires different PSI) Also personal belongings were went through.

After paying for my car’s service, I waited over half an hour for my car (from approximately 12:55pm, time on my receipt, to 1:30pm, when I actually got my car). I had to go back to the cashier window to ask why my car hadn’t been delivered. The person in line in front of me had a similar issue and was very upset. I got a polite apology, but no explanation. I don’t believe this was Luis’ fault, but it was an extremely long time to wait when I understood that my car was ready. I have a 2-year-old who was also waiting this whole time in my sister’s car, in the dealer parking lot. I’d like to continue coming to Claremont, but may go to Glendora for my next service. Thanks.

Candace was very helpful, the only concern I had was on my vehicle checklist everything was marked green and good to go but when I got my vehicle the rear driver side taillight was out. I pulled to the front parking lot to verify with my wife and the lightbulb was burned out. This concern just made me think, was the full-point inspection done correctly if something on the outside was missed?

I must say I am extremely disappointed that the service department overlooked the splash guard at the front of the car. How they could not have seen the damaged/broken sections when remounting it is hard to believe, which brought me back to the service department 2 days later. I appreciate the excellent service Juanita provided and providing a 15% discount was a lovely gesture. This simple gesture says that Claremont Toyota values their customers and appreciates the inconveniences that occasionally occur. And this is why I will continue to come to Claremont Toyota for service of my vehicle.
