Timely, everyone looked like they knew what they were doing. Phil was under a lot of pressure due to the customer pickup transportation company failing to answer the phone. But Phil and the techs pulled things out of the fire and the car works great.

I brought my 2001 sienna in for troubleshooting. I pulled the codes before I dropped it off. I only brought it in to see if there really was an engine knock and not just a failed sensor. The mechanic didnt get that far.po325 code Secondly, The po420 and 773 codes were not mentioned, or investigated to give me a sense of the total end cost of repairs at your shop

I spoke with Olive Vedoy Pratt, a service advisor, who was very impatient and had an awful attitude. I asked for a free oil change and she took advantage of my husband who speaks limited English, to insist him to pay ~$80 for maintenance which we did not even ask for. This is not acceptable. Instead of asking about what we needed ( I was trying to explain through the phone), she was condescending and rude and kept saying she had to see other customers before trying resolve the miscommunication, and refused to clarify with me on the phone. I have been a customer for at least 20 years and I have never experienced such rude service.
