The service on 02/06/21 was my first encounter with Ms. Olivia Pratt. Ms. Pratt treated me with exceptional attentiveness and assistance. She asked me very logical and pertinent questions regarding my automobile and the reasons for my bringing-in the car for service, and she provided me with information and answers to all of my questions.
Our family will be asking for Ms. Pratt to be the service representative for our future auto services.
