We were given services we did not ask for nor authorized. Took advantage of my teenage daughter by having her sign for things she was not aware of. Made our purpose for visit very clear and then service advisor added things on when it was not necessary or needed. I explained at the beginning that I was trying to show my daughter how to go to service center on her own & what she learned is how dealerships can take advantage of you. Question everything, do not trust what they are giving you. Very disappointing!

The inspection over looked and did not diagnose the following. 1 1. My front right side head lamp was not working
2. The fuel lid does not open. It’s stuck.
3. The right side fog light is cracked.

I had an appt at 2:00, wasn't checked in until 2:30, received an initial text at 2:38 with my car still sitting right out of the waiting room window. I was told about an hour. At 4:00 I asked about it and was told it's done and they're working on the paperwork, just a few minutes. Mind you. This was a basic service. Eight minutes later I received a text saying my car is done, give us 10 minutes to do the paperwork.
When I did get ready to check out, I was charged $69.00 and when I asked why that amount the cashier said it's the standard 5000 mile service and that I was charged for a cabin filter. I explained that I never agreed to a cabin filter. Originally was told since I didn't need a tire rotation (had one on my own) and it's not time for an oil change that it would only be $39.95. This was on the phone. When Luis came to speak with me over the charges he said I should have told him. I was assuming that the person on the phone making my appt would have the same cost list as the service advisors. I was further told that I should have been charged $89, but was receiving a discount. Ultimately, I was charged the $39.95 but not without feeling like I had done something wrong.
Pricing should be uniform and time is valuable. So please be honest and upfront. It makes your service dept. look untrustworthy.
