I took my car on a Monday and was told it would take about 5 days but that it was not guaranteed but that I would be called on Friday for that update. Not a problem. By noon on Friday, no call. So I called. The original agent helping me was off that day and the person who checked my car in, Luis, was supposed to call me back. 3 hours passed. No call. I called again and I was helped by someone else. I was told the car would not be in until Monday. Not a problem. I just wanted to make sure I turned in the rental within the correct timeframe so I would not pay more out of pocket. On Saturday I get a call at 11:20 AM saying, the car is ready. I told them of the information I was told the previous day and the response was curt - No, they gave you the wrong information. Pick it up today, we are here until 5 p.m. Got it. 5 minutes later, I get a call back saying the rental place closes at noon, so you need to go now and take care of that. I'm in the middle of a store doing my weekly grocery shopping. The lack of good communication, the tone in which I was talked to, I was incensed. My family and I have bought 4 vehicles there but your service is terrible. And for that, I'm not going to recommend you to family, friends or anyone that will listen.

Scott is terrific. Always takes care of customers car concerns and follows up giving you updates. In this most recent case, my 2019 RAV4 had an SRS Airbag malfunction which took over a week to analyze and repair so appreciate having the loaner car to use during that period and mechanics taking care of my car to ensure I have a safe vehicle to drive in Southern CA.

I feel like I was rushed when I arrived for my appointment. I did not sit and speak with a service advisor like I normally do to go over what services need to be done. I know I was due for an oil change, but I like my history reviewed to see if I need anything else, maybe a tune-up, overall inspections, etc. It was like, you're here for this, and that's it. I didn't even get the service advisor I requested when I booked my appoiontment. I know this new way of checking people in is for efficiency, but we the customers lose out on the required services we need to do on our cars that we don't know about unless we sit with someone to go over that.
