The check out system was different from what I remember. My vehicle was already parked but I was not told it was there and was waiting for the car to be pulled out. I turned and recognized my vehicle and was able to get my keys from the cashier and leave. It was just different. Not a game changer for me because the dealership has excellent customer service and I will continue to bring my vehicle to your dealership.
