They charged me to rotate my tires and when they gave me my truck back I checked and I notice they hadn’t changed me tires so i went to customer service and told them what happened they gave me my money back but i was upset because it was a waste of my time. If I hadn’t check that would have been money that they stole for me and I wouldn’t have appreciated that. In the end they did change my tire but I would appreciate if next time that won’t happen.

I jointed your " Vehicle Service Agreement" Platinum. Since 04/26/27.
The agreement describes " free oil change ", but the service department did not honor this agreement because you are dealship not Toyata company.
So they charged $90.80 for oil change.
I don't understand and confused.
