I understand you were running late and only washed the outside of my car but the inside was a mess after you had the vehicle. Someone opened my glove compartment and all the contents were on the passenger floor.
Makes me wonder if the service was done correctly.

Michael is not the problem, the problem was Ed the one that signs you in when you come through the appointment line. Checked in on me once when I arrived and told me to stay in my car, I waited for 45mins and I kept seeing the non appointment line get employees taking their car to the back, never did one time did anyone come to me and tell me the wait time or anything, I saw the person behind me get help and I couldn’t believe it, it was almost an hour in my car and I got really mad because ed said that my name probably got dropped in the computer system, I told him that was his job to check and to go by order, I saw him complaining to the manager about me inside the office. When I tried to talked to the manager about what was happening he completely dismissed me, this is the guy with Platinum white hair with a rockabilly hair style, that’s when I called my husband that had been waiting for me to take me home. When my husband got there the manager kept avoiding him and circling around my husband and Ed came over to talk to my husband. To late for that, no one had the Decency to explain to him anything until Michael helped finally after an hour and 10mins. This was ridiculous, I wish I could go somewhere else but this dealership is 5mins away from me

I called Kevin to ask questions about my service/inspection and he assured me they inspected everything. They checked off that everything was good when in reality it wasn't. My blades were out so now I'm thinking they're not checking everything as they should. Last time they also said My distributor cap was missing when no one but Toyota has opened the hood of Mt car.

My experience was terrible and unfortunately will not be coming back to this dealership. I had to wait a total of six hours for my car to be serviced. I was told at 4:30pm, when my car was supposed to be finished, that they hadn’t started working on my car and it wouldn’t be done until 6:30. Kevin did not seem to value or care about my time as a customer. I explained to him how I wish I would have known earlier that the service team was behind instead of being told when my car was supposed to be done. He then says that I can leave now. Why would I waste three and a half hours of my day to just leave without my car being serviced? Again, no self awareness or care for my time. I live 30 minutes away and always tried to come to this dealership because it is where I bought my car, but never again after that experience. After Kevin had told me that it was going to be another two hours I asked him if he could please update me when the car is almost ready so I can be there ready to do my paperwork and for him to have better communication with me regarding the time frame. He told me yes. He did not. I bought my own Uber back at 6:30 because I didn’t want to wait for him after he said he would send a Lyft when it was almost ready to minimize my waiting time as much as possible. When I asked him why he didn’t inform me or keep me updated he said, “I am busy.” If he is unable to do his job proficiently, than maybe he needs a different job or needs to see less customers a day. Because that is a poor excuse for bad customer service. Someone that is good at their job would realize they should have good communication when you have customers waiting 6 hours in the dark.

Your mechanics or technicians did not find any problem with my brakes and I know for a fact that there is a problem. Hopefully I will not have any accident or further problems due to this brake issue. I'm currently looking into any complaints about brakes on the 2018 V6 Camry.
