Kevin Alvarez did a terrific job in getting the vehicle properly serviced. He texted and was prompt to advise when the paperwork would get to the cashier. Here is the problem - the big problem —>. After paying the cashier and receiving my paperwork, I was told to go outside, and wait for the vehicle to be brought to the pick up area. I stood there (with many others) for nearly 20 minutes in the heat, waiting for the vehicle. After paying at the cashier, customers should wait no more than 3-5 minutes for their vehicles. Explain why I should use this dealership again? I should not spend 3.5 hours at a dealership for an oil change. . . . .

I made a 3:30 appointment for an oil change. The car was not ready until 6:20pm. 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment.way too long.

The advisor and staff was amazing, great people. However the time it took for my vehicle to be serviced was not done in a timely manner. It took 3 hours for my vehicle to be serviced with an appointment. 245pm appointment, drove off your dealer about 6pm. I understand there are many cars to be serviced, so I understand an hour , an hour and a half and maybe even 2 hours. But not 3 hours. What was more frustrating was seeing my vehicle sit for 2 and a half hours than finally getting taken in for service that only took 30 min. That was what was most frustrating. Again the staff was great, but there are Definitely opportunities the dealer needs to look at as far as time management and efficiency.

Had called earlier in the week and set up an appointment for Friday at 7:15 to get 2nd key for my Tacoma that was only delivered with one key due to a “shortage”. Was told it should only take about an hour… After waiting almost 2 hours, I got up and walked toward the shop bays and witnessed my Truck just being pulled into a bay. I saw a technician with paperwork and asked him if they were just starting on my vehicle… he said, yes. When I asked him why so late, he gave me a snarky answer and said they had to finish another vehicle? I found my service advisor and asked him what was going on? He told me my vehicle should be ready in 5-10 minutes. I said, no… they just pulled it in. He was surprised and checked. He didn’t really have a good explanation, but once they started, it was done in 15 minutes. Then, I waited almost 20 more to get my truck once the paperwork was completed??? No… my first service experience was NOT pleasant! Nice waiting area though ?????????

This experience was much longer than I was promised. I would’ve reconsider it if I knew it was going to take 7 hours instead of the 2 like originally promised. Overbooking appointment and over promising seems to be the issue. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue here.

Kevin and the whole staff were wonderful! This was my first time here (I usually take my car to Toyota in West Covina) and the service is far superior than my previous dealership. I am so impressed with the outstanding customer service and Kevin was so trustworthy. He did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need and I really appreciate that. I purposely withheld information to see if they were going to recommend a service that I just maintained but he didn’t fall for it! :) I know that is a sneaky thing to do but I have major trust issues with mechanics due to previous experiences. Thank you Kevin and staff for being transparent and honest. You have a customer for life!

Jeremy was great! However the service was so slow! I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment for a simple oil change and it took 2 1/2 hours! My car was driven to the lot across the street and remained there until 8:30 when it was driven to a stall and the mechanic began to work on it. I will probably go to John Elway next time! Once again, Jeremy was very kind and accommodating, but service took way too long! Thanks, Mona Doyle
