It has been the worse service ever. I drop off my vehicle at 8:30am and it was done at 5pm. I took it for a oil change and for back door on my CVR does not open with the remote control and does not open automatically..I was told the door was being worked on and at the end I was told to take it to the Honda dealership because they looked at it and is something they cant fix....

Had an early morning appointment @8:45am waited for my vehicle over 2 hours to get it finally back and no courtesy customer car wash. Had other vehicles in the past and had them wash each time my vehicle got serviced.

1. Casher does not do anything when I asked her my car location. Also when she got my paper she does not care and just chat with others 2. I asked my car defect issue no one cares. I will report this issue to Toyota and consumer service.

The fact that I watched my car sit there for more than an hour waiting for it to be ready. I never got a text or a call saying my car was ready. It took a total of two hours for a oil change. And for a whole hour when it was doing being serviced it just sat in the Parking lot. I had to be the one to go and get my car and ask for them to take off the lock and I drove off

I think it would be good to offer for the person who performed the service to at least have a quick conversation when they give you back your vehicle, in order to briefly explain what was done and if everything is ok. It would give people more peace of mind, because not everyone understands the paperwork.

Christina was great. Just disappointed that truck couldn't get fixed. Since it was a recall that needed to be corrected for registration. Mow I have to pay a $45 late penalty. No work was done after leaving my truck overnight. Also my truck was miss tagged. So I waited over an hour to receive my truck. Wasn't until I complained that the truck was found. Who knows how long I would of waited. I hope my experience is better when part comes in.

I had an appointment for Monday at 1:15 I got there early they said it would take 2 hours they came to me at 5:30 pm and said to bring it back on Tuesday I got there at about 9:45 am on Tuesday was told 3 hours I did not get out of there until 3 pm and I don’t think they ever checked my car it had the same miles on it when I picked it up as it did when I dropped it off how can you tell the way a transmission is shifting with out driving it … and my car is still having shifting problems starting to think I bought a lemon

The service attendant that help me out was very short with her answers to my questions, she made me feel like she didn’t have time to help me with my vehicle issues. I don’t feel like she had the time to talk to me about options or at least guide me in the right direction to fix the issue with my vehicle. I am a small business owner and I take pride in my customer service skills, I believe she could do better by just listening, having patience and empathy.

I made appointment with Tony Sanchez Aug 18 I was told they only needed my Tacoma about 4 hrs, my paint bright white paint is peeling in different section. A Toyota Representative was to inspect my car. I had surgery and was hospitalized till That Saturday, communication is ready bad at your service department seems your short of staff or need to be better manage. Drop off on 8/17/21 and picked up on 8/26/21, my claim was declined warranty assistance yet I didn’t get any information of who was Toyota Representative or Tony offering me help. It Turns of Carfax mistakenly reported my vehicle has server damage and I’m in process of correcting subbing police report picture and body shop repair invoice. I call your service department many times just to get information never got through cause your staff is very busy. Feel free to contact me

My service associate Scott was very helpful and the car was actually serviced quickly within a few hours but when I returned to retrieve my car I had to wait 70 minutes. I understand that the service center is very busy on Saturdays and most businesses are short staffed with covid issues but it was completely unacceptable and frustrating. I kept asking what the wait was so long and they said they just had so many cars and were backed up. I finally found Scott who was able to assist with getting my car but I shouldn’t have to go looking for people to help. It seems like you guys have a new way of retrieving the cars with lock boxes for the keys and that is probably the delay, along with lack of staff but it was definitely an inconvenience. I was supposed to be somewhere and ended up being late and waiting around for over an hour was unacceptable when my cars service had been completed. I was definitely not the only person waiting who was frustrated and delayed. It was not a good experience at all. I have been coming to Claremont Toyota since 2006 and this was probably my worst experience and is making me think I should start going somewhere else. Even the drop off with an appointment is a delayed experience. I had a 730 am appointment and was in the car line for quite a while. I would recommend hiring more staff to ease this experience for customers going forward.
