Mr. Luis Macias is an asset to Toyota Claremont as he was able to assist me in a timely manner & immediately contacted me to let me know when my Camry was ready, Customer Service is very important to me, Mr. Macias was able to answer any questions I asked & although it was the end of the day and there were a few other patrons picking up their vehicles he didn't buckle under pressure, he remained calm & Professional. The seatbelt in our 2015 Toyota Highlander got caught around our son and we had to cut it. This happened in March when the car was right at 80,000 miles, but we cause we didn’t have time to bring it till now they are saying it’s not covered. He could have been really hurt. He actually couldn’t breathe. We have been loyal Toyota customers (we just bought a 2019 Highlander), but I’m very unsatisfied.

I know this was not Michaels fault,but we had a service appointment for an oil change at 3:45. Didn’t get our car back until 6:30. Seems like an awfully long time to wait when having an appointment.

I went for a simple oil change was there at 7:00 a.m. second in line and I waited over 2 hours to get my oil changed. I've never had to wait this long typically it's around an hour. I do not need anybody to contact me and discuss this thank you

The service was a bit glitchy when I arrived to pick up my car. A Lyftt ride was ordered, but the pickup was reversed and they were sent to the dealership instead of my house. After I arrived, my paperwork couldn't be located. My "car's ready" call came around 11:25 and at 12:30 I was still waiting for my paperwork at the cashier's desk. So I had a poor experience trying to complete my service and get back to work.

I did and appointment with Luis the server advisor witch I want and I got some one else random , I waited in line for 25 minutes before someone help me . And my car was no wash witch was included in my service for $129 plus tax .and I ask for windshield wipers and the advisor told me they where $26 and I went to the parts counter and they are $14, total dishonesty and taking advantage at lease service and parts get there pricing correct . I did not buy the windshield wipers for my car

Dropped truck off just after 9am. Got off of work at 2:30pm, arrived back at the dealership at 2:45pm. Saw my truck in the truck parking lot finished and ready to go. Did not leave the dealership until 3:45pm because “they were just finishing up”.

Candace was PHENOMENAL!!! I decided to try your dealership after years of dealing with crown Toyota in Ontario where I bought my cars previously. I wasn’t sure what to expect today but Candice greeted me with a huge smile and made me feel grade about my decision to transfer over to Claremont Toyota. She was understanding of my needsWith the car and in spite of the long way she indicated that she would do her best to try to get the oil change done in less than two hours. I am so happy to have her as my service advisor and I look forward to working with her in the future.

Very grateful for the service experience Juanita provided me with. I did, however, receive a half drunken mcdonald's iced coffee in my cup holder that was not mine and was most likely from one of the emplyees dealing with my car... fairly unprofessional especially considering COVID cases are rising again.
