I scheduled an oil change and when I came in it turns out I didn’t need one but only needed a minor service. I’ve been coming here since 2006 when I got my 1st car, I’ve never experienced this. Christina was unable to explain to me why this was never relayed to me as I’ve been getting an oil change each time. Each time I asked a question she would get up and walk across to a lady behind us then coming back. Finally a manager mike came and offered to assist with the service by adding the oil change for free or resetting my light so that it will turn on at the next maintenance. This was also offered to me by Christina and bill karn, we were offered to be taught how to turn off the light for the future which we declined.I was advised by mike about the different services and to keep an eye on my miles so I’m aware. Christina told me my car would be ready at 2pk and I came back at 2:38 and was told that my car was barely ready. I leave and was halfway home when I called to speak to Christina because I was confused on my invoice gave a reading of my otometer seemed to be wrong. I also noticed that my sticker said I was due to get service at 128xxxmiles while I’m on 123xxx right now, I asked her if she’s aware they didn’t change my sticker and If I’m expected to be keeping track of this how I am supposed to do that when all my information was wrong?? She stayed on the phone quiet and said she was going to transfer me to mike, she came back quickly and said she’s waiting for hkm to get off the phone but I told her that I’m super upset about having to wait for this appointment only to be told I don’t need it and spent money on this. She said she understood and she’s willing to offer my next service and oil change for free. But I’m asking her how untrusting it is knowning that I can be taken advantage of due to all these issues I’ve experienced today. I drove back to get my sticker and I got a business card with mikes name and it’s for a free service. I asked Christina why the otometer on my paperwork was incorrect and I don’t want it incorrectly document. She said she didn’t know why it was like that, she went to find help and came back with the manager, he told me it was fixed but when I got home I realized they just put random numbers that don’t coordinate with my miles. He also advised me that Christina did a typo but yet Christina couldn’t speak for herself when originally asked. When Christina gave me my sticker she wanted to walk to my car and write the next service due written off my display. I asked her why wouldn’t it be the next 10,000 from when the car was logged as done? If we went based off my display it would be off already as the light would be one. This was a horrible experience and I hope someone contacts me. Tessa J

I brought my vehicle in for lube oil change and checkup. My appointment was at 11:45. I arrived at 11:15 and waited for almost 39 minutes before Scott came and got me. I finally got my car at 3:30 I have waited that long for someone to get me nor almost 4 hours to have my car serviced. I was not alone. There were several customers complaining about the length of time. There was no shuttle available for anyone

It took 30 minutes to check in. Alleged computer issues. But customers with other reps zipped through on a timely basis. So computer excuse is suspect. And no communication as to the extended delay until I finally said that it was a simple 40k service, why the delay? Then the computer statement was made. In short the check-in took about as long as the service and lack of communication by the service rep was rather astounding.

Very good customer service! I drive to Toyota Claremont even of I have other Toyota service centers closer to my home. Free refreshments and snacks are unpararelled. Bringing back the coffee add hot chocolate machine would make the waiting experience better
