It was never fixed. The part never came in. So we had to reschedule our appointment. So if something happens to my family Toyota will be liable. It's a recall part. So now I have to miss working overtime. And will Toyota reimburse my pay???

I’ve been buying Toyota’s from you establishment since the 1980s and I really have to comment on this experience today. I was definitely disappointed with the new way you have changed the way customers are greeted and communicated with by your service men. What happened to the communication about what will be done and what was done. I didn’t get any of that this time. I think you need to rethink the process all over again. Jeanne A

I appreciate Michael's help. However, there are a couple processes I was dissatisfied with:
1) the cost of $67 only included checking tires and did not result in being informed of which tire's pressure sensor was faulty. I believe the inspection was incomplete.
2) after paying the cashier, I was informed to wait outside and my car would be auto automatically brought to me. I waited at least 40 minutes, had to check repeatedly with the cashier while being told more than once "they are getting it" when I can see my car still parked in the parking lot unmoved. After seeing everyone that was behind me already got their cars, the representative finally got someone to get my car for me. Even the driver apologized and said Toyota did not do it right. The wait time was unnecessary and the process was messy. It seems like the info was not passed around clearly.

When I arrive (12:05pm) to the service center there was zero cars in the area, which was surprising to me why that was. Never seen that before at any dealership. They took my vehicle and I waited in the lounge area by the cashier. At 2:30pm, I walked outside looked across the street and saw my vehicle sitting parked and it looked to be finished. I walked back inside and up to the cashier and asked if my vehicle was completed. She asked for my paperwork and I told her I was not given any when the service guy took my vehicle. She then called the service guy at 2:25pm and then said it would be about 10 minutes for them to bring the paperwork to her. At 2:35pm I received a text message saying it would be another 10 minutes for the paperwork to be sent to the cashier. So I sat in the seats in front of the cashier to call me. Never happened. So at 3:05pm I finally walked up and asked if she had the paperwork so I could leave and she finally did. My vehicles pulls up with all 4 windows rolled half way down and soaked wet from when they attempted to wash it down. I asked the guy if he had a towel to dry off my vehicle and he said NO it’s soft water and won’t spot. I was like wow, this is customer service. No. Never in the years having my vehicle serviced have I been treated this way.
My wife was having her vehicle serviced the same day and exact same time at Toyota of Riverside ( you are welcome to call them to confirm) and she was 7 car in line when arriving to their service department left the dealership drove to Costco in Ontario and was home before my vehicle was done with Claremont Toyota. She had great service!!
In the future we will take our business elsewhere even if it’s an inconvenience for and I’m certain that I will not be treated this way.

When I got my vehicle back it was dirty, and the LCD screen must been in the sun the whole time , also I see a dent from maybe a door on my right side of vehicle. But the rental car you guys provided did help me alot and I appreciate that you guys were able to do that
