Left my car for a recall service and tire rotation with multi inspection. Arrived there around 9:30am and I had to ask my neighbor to drop me off to pick the car around 5pm. Service rep promised me that I am in good hand and she would taking care of me. She didn’t even know that Toyota had extended an additional 3k mile to the original 25k Toyota care service. I had to convinced her that it is true. After more than 5hrs, she called me that the car is done and she arranged the Lift. I waited for more than 1hr and half, still no phone call. I called at least 7 times and I could not reach her. I believed she got pissed offf the fact she doesn’t know about the extended 3k from the start. Regular customers are very smart, they shop and search around before they go to do their services. It seems to me that customers have no rights and assumed that they are sooo stupid, Wrong! I purchased lots of cars from y’all from the past, verified it plus referrals(4cars). With this experience lately I felt cheated and mistreated. Very disappointed!

The specific servicing of my vehicle was fine. My only disappointment was that it took quite a while waiting on my car to be driven to me for puck-up, once I paid my bill. While I was waiting g several minutes, at least 3 other customers who settled their bills before me, were still waiting on their cars also. More car delivery "runners" are needed.

After being recommended to include a tire rotation with my oil change service, 3.5 hours later, I was contacted to pick up my service completed vehicle only to find out my paid for recommended tire rotation did not happen. How does a Toyota mechanic type in a tire rotation on my ticket along with other statistics without ever even doing the service? How do I continue to have trust in Claremont Toyota after that ? Or even recommend to others a trustworthy experience… I will say a gentleman whom I reported this lack to immediately had it corrected, for that I am grateful.

The reason that Claremont Toyota has my business is Scott Zalibra. He has great customer service that always makes sure that I get treated very well. He treats me like family and honest and trustworthy. I had bad experience but he took care of it and I know I am well in his hands. I pay dealership prices because of his customer service

Michael did all he could and deserves praise however, the service management would not authorize a warranty repair to the instrument panel glass. Two running cracks have developed from behind the molding and are clearly manufacturer defects they should be covered under warranty without hesitation for a 6 month old $60,000 vehicle. I'm very disappointed in they're handling of my issue. Mic6is continuing to go up the ladder to get my issue fixed.
