The service was fine but I was under the understanding that all of the wearable parts of the vehicle would be checked. As I was leaving it began to rain and when I turned on the wipers one of them had part of the blade edge separated and trailing behind. It would have been noticed with a cursory check. Luckily I found it because I'm leaving on a 10 hour trip in the morning towing a camping trailer and it is supposed to rain. That would have been more of a problem. I don't know if checking the wipers is part of the 25k mile service but it should be. If nothing else it would have been an upsell aside from the looking out for the customer's safety and customer service going the extra mile aspect. It was just annoying to stop to buy wipers and put them on myself in the pouring rain literally right after leaving a service appointment with inspection.
