My vehicle was dirty and a piece of interior trim was not secure when I came to pick up my car. Dave was very nice and cleaned the interior while I waited and is ordering a new piece for trim to replace the broken one but these things should have been taken care of prior to me seeing it and telling the staff about it. My repairs were $1200.00. I expect my car to be clean and in working ordered.

Honesty this place has super high standards for me as I have never been dissatisfied with anything. The team here is fantastic but I wanted to note that I wish Dave would have conversed with me over the warranty of the wheel I got and what exactly it all meant. In the case of it blowing a flat or not reaching its 55k miles, what do I do. Little things that I think can make anyone’s experience more knowledgeable. When I originally made my appointment, I was told that it would take about an hour to.complete. I said I would wait for my car, because I had an appointment in 2 hours. After an hour and 45 minutes, I was told that it would be another 20 minutes before it was completed. Then the technician rushed and I did not get confirmation if the tire rotation or the all point inspection was completed. When I received the receipt, it was noted that they were to call me when the work was done, and this was after I told them I would wait. I have never had issues there before, but was not happy after this visit.
