The handle on driver side door was not broken when I dropped it off. At some point during service it was broken. Travis said he’d look into a replacement part and have it taken care. Travis is always awesome when I come in, but this is unacceptable. How do you break a door handle?!
I’ve also had this car in for an oil change where the cap was not put back on but still sitting on the engine when I got home and smelled something weird. Like- seriously?

This is my third time getting my oil changed at Myers Auto World and, I am always a happy customer. I am not sure what her name is, but the lady that takes care of the billing is alway so nice and pleasant. She is patient and willing to find someone to answer your questions. She was able to find someone that thoroughly went over my vehicle report. It is so nice, in a world that is so dissolute and abrupt, to have such extraordinary customer service.
