A couple of weeks ago, I changed the oil in my vehicle and the service mechanics forgot to put the engine cap where the oil goes. It went like this for two weeks, without a lid, without oil and apparently the vehicle is ruined. I feel that it is a lousy service and I don't know what condition my car is in and if I want to receive it.

Brooke was very helpful and my car was done earlier than expected. The ride to work with the courtesy van was greatly appreciated and the driver pleasant and accommodating. Matt Blatt is a big improvement over Atlantic City Nissan. The original dealer from whom I purchased my first 3 Nissans, Admiral Nissan, was excellent, but the next one (Atlantic City) had me avoiding dealer servicing. So far the Matt Blatt team has been great!
