The service that was performed on the cat was great but my interactions with Jessica were not ideal. She could benefit from some customer service training. Her demeanor comes off very abrupt and border line rude. That caused me to feel anxious and defensive towards her. I feel like if she was patient and explained the process in a better way things could have gone smother all around without anyone feeling misunderstood.

Ms. Calabrese was recommended to me by a service manager of another brand of dealership, and rightfully so. She had all the answers in detail. Was pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. She got everything sorted for me and had me up and running in no time. She arranged transportation for me, drop off and pick up, with a wonderful driver. Your driver was very knowledgeable about the Nissan Brand and answered all my questions about the different models.
the building and garage are meticulously clean and organized, needless to say, I was very impressed.
