Brook was not the issue, however with a new car purchase of 35k you would hope to have it serviced properly and it was not, not only did the technician leave out more than 1/3 of the rivets holding the under carriage plate which would have been an issue/ road hazard the oil level was over the acceptable high mark and cost us another trip from Vineland to your dealership to make right. Very disappointed of the lack of quality service service you need to have a senior tech review work performed at your establishment

I receive good service at Nissan for my oil changes and for this I am pleased. However, I would like to see more coupons come my way for these oil changes because they can be pricey. I don't mind paying for top-notch service but every once in awhile a perk does help and is good for both the customer and Nissan.
