I was never contacted that my service was cancelled due to the rain or told at check in. I took off a day of work for the appointment today. When I picked my car up Brooke couldn’t tell me where my car was parked and her suggestion was to push my lock or alarm button so I walked in the rain searching for my car which was back behind the building in a lot. Not a great first experience.

Roughy in vehicle because remote start sometimes turns off as soon as I opened my door. I am aware that it turns self off after ten minutes, however I have had it turn off a when I have opened the door after much less than ten minutes. I explained that this doesn’t happen all the time. When I called for an appointment I was informed that this could be “computer checked “. When I took it in for service, I was informed that techs attempted to reenact this problem a number of times but it always worked. I was told to take a photo next time. I HAVE NO IDEA HIW TO TAKE A PHOTO OF A CAR TURNING ITSELF OFF.

I've asked on 3 separate occasions for the breaks and break pads to be checked on my 2021 Nissan, to only be brushed off. I go in yesterday for an oil change; my car squeeled so loudly it alerted 3 employees and they told me to get my breaks checked and for them to be squeeling that loudly, they were worn and damaged for a while. I should have been listed to the first time when I brought the issue to light. It's a new car at that.
