David was not the problem here his customer service was excellent but I am unhappy with the miscommunication. The day I purchased my vehicle we asked the sales manager to replace the tire. He said it could be done we just had to make an appointment. Made the appointment, had the tire changed and ended up having to pay almost $300 which I thought that would've been covered being that it was brought to there attention before we left the lot. I am not happy with that. A friend of mine shared this same experience with your company about 3 years ago as well.

I didn't sleep at all last night after discovering a large oil leak on my five month old Matt Blatt purchase. Not only was I made a priority this morning by the entire Service team, but David ensured that he kept me updated along the way as his incredible team troubleshooted and diagnosed my vehicle. I arrived at 7:30 am and was on my way with my vehicle repaired at 9:00 am. Add to that, David ensured personally that I did not leave without securing my future business for the foreseeable future. I cannot express enough how much both David and the rest of the team I interacted with made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Job well done today Matt Blatt. You have a hell of a service team and an outstanding manager in David Fawcett. Thank you and I'll see you all soon.

Kristamarie Calabrese is a wonderful service representative. I have known and have dealt with her for a long time. She has proven to be honest and decent and has my best interests at heart. I knew that my recent repairs were going to be very expensive, as my vehicle is twelve years old and has a lot of mileage on it, of course. It was opined by me and others that I was taking a big chance spending so much on my 2010 Altima. However, I explained that it would be "worth it" to me if it gave me another year or two with this car. The service amount was a pittance to me compared with the price of a brand new car, especially considering that I have no idea right now if I am going to want an electric, gas driven, or a hybrid vehicle. I think Kristamarie understood my feelings and my desire to take this chance. In addition, I want to mention that I deal with Andrew Goldberg, and I consider him a great mechanic and an honest person. Personally, I am thrilled that Matt Blatt kept these two employees on after purchasing the dealership. Unfortunately, some others I really liked and trusted were "let go" when the company changed hands. I consider myself lucky to still have Kristamarie and Andrew to take care of me and my car. I think they are the best and will stick with Matt Blatt because they are there. In addition, I DO plan to purchase my next car...probably a new Nissan Rogue...from Matt Blatt as well. So, if I am lucky things will go as I expect, and I can always stay with you! Please thank Kristamarie Calabrese and Andrew Goldberg for me for their honesty, patience, and understanding.
