Cannot make appointments for oil change, have to get in line, first come, first served. The trunk cover is a piece of junk made of cardboard and felt. The string pulled out where it is attached to plastic so according to Nissan they need to order the male adapter instead of replacing the panel hole which widened when the adapter pulled out. The cover stays in place being held by two strings. That being said, the adaptors are on back order and there is no end date. Two sales people Rueben and James were assisting me to find another vehicle I would be happy in and the rogue sport is poor quality. They stated they would work the numbers and call me back. That did not occur. They did not phone me w a quote.
