All my 4 tires have even wear, above the limit line, the initial gauge read 4 and when my truck was returned I was told “no rotation because the tires were too worn “ ????
I don’t agree., however my representative was outstanding going beyond what would be expected of him. He went ahead and priced tires for me…..

All was great but discovered after oil change, after I got home to Vista, that the 67% was still there, instead of reset to 100%. It’s too far to return to have it adjusted, so I will try finding a DIY online possibly. I should have checked my Info button before leaving there, but forgot. Service has always been great though!

Stop charging 3% to use a Credit Card.
The Advisor was great. Explained issues well.
The problem is the Management policy of charging to use Credit Card. Other Dealers like Toyota do not charge this fee.

I am unsatisfied because my charger for my car was not working. I told the technician that it was not working and that I had charged my car somewhere else the night previously. He made my husband bring my car in anyway and proceeded to tell my husband that there was nothing wrong with the car, which I already knew. The charger is two years old and should be part of the battery warranty components. I went on Reddit and other dealers have covered it. Also, the price that you charge for the charger is outrageous.
